The IAPG Electrical Systems Working Group (ESWG) Power System Interoperability, Integration, and Architectures (PSII&A) Panel Virtual Meeting 2026 is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026. The meeting is being held virtually in Microsoft Teams. The theme of the meeting is “Cybersecurity.”
Meeting Goals
In the current environment, the ability to protect power systems, control networks, and digital data from cyber and physical attacks and damage is of increasing importance. Corrupt data in power systems that contain components made from various manufacturers can result in service disruptions. The Power Systems Interoperability, Integration and Architectures Panel will host a meeting to discuss the role of cybersecurity in power systems and how to address these concerns.
Presentations will focus on the following topics:
- Cybersecurity Challenges
- Approaches to Cybersecurity for Power Systems
- Desired End-states for Power System Cybersecurity
Meeting Attendees
Attendance at the PSII&A Panel meeting is limited to U.S. persons – citizens or lawful permanent residents (LPRs), also known as permanent resident aliens (PRAs) or green card holders.
Eligible attendees include:
- U.S. government employees, including Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) assignees.
- Captive government contractors.
- Employees of Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). This includes only employees of the FFRDC, not employees of the administering entity. View the master list of FFRDCs.
Meeting Registration
Pre-registration is required by July 7, 2026.
