The Interagency Advanced Power Group (IAPG) Chemical Working Group (CWG) Safety Panel Hybrid Meeting is scheduled for February 21–22, 2024, at the University of Maryland, in College Park, Maryland. The virtual forum will be hosted through MS Teams.

Attendance at the Safety Panel Meeting is limited to:
- U.S. government employees, including Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) assignees.
- Pre-approved foreign government representatives.
- Captive advisory and assistance services (A&AS) government contractors.
- Employees of federally funded R&D centers (FFRDCs). This only includes employees of the FFRDC, not the administering entity. View the master list of FFRDCs.
Requests for PARTICIPATION of non-U.S. government employees must be submitted in writing and sent to Julie Simmons and Giuseppe Di Benedetto. The deadline for requests is January 31, 2024.

Parking
Parking instructions and the visitor parking map shows where visitors can park on campus. Visitor spaces are available on-street, in surface lots and in several campus lots. Visitor parking is enforced seven days a week from 0700 to midnight, unless otherwise noted on the meter. Rates are $3 per hour, with a $15 daily maximum. You can pay for visitor parking through the Parkmobile app in many visitor parking zones. Please note, the Department of Transportation Services does not issue refunds or change for completed transactions. Pay stations accept cash using $20 bills or smaller. Machines do not issue change. Credit/debit cards are accepted.
Group Dinner
A no-host group dinner is planned for the evening of Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Charges will be individually billed. Please indicate on your registration if you would like to attend.
Facility Tours
Tours of the University of Maryland are scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, February 22, 2024. Please indicate on your registration if you plan to participate.
