IAPG Mechanical Working Group (MWG) Virtual Meeting 2025

May 13–15, 2025

The Interagency Advanced Power Group (IAPG) Mechanical Working Group (MWG) Virtual Meeting is scheduled for May 13–15, 2025.

Meeting Goals

The IAPG strives to share information and increase effectiveness of the interagency Research and Development (R&D) Programs in a wide realm of Advanced Power. Each year, the MWG meeting provides a forum for a crosscutting review of current Government research activities across the interest of MWG participants within the IAPG Member Agencies (Army, Navy, Air Force, Department of Energy, NASA, and the Department of Transportation).

Meeting Attendees/Guests – Please Review Carefully

Attendance at the MWG Meeting is limited to U.S. persons – citizens or lawful permanent residents (LPR’s), also known as permanent resident aliens (PRA’s) or green card holders.

There will be a government-only session held on Tuesday, May 13, and Wednesday, May 14, 2025. This session is limited to:

  1. U.S. government employees, including Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) assignees.

There will be a technical session held on Thursday, May 15, 2025. This session is open to:

  1. U.S. government employees, including IPA assignees.
  2. Captive advisory and assistance services (A&AS) government contractors.
  3. Federally funded R&D Centers (FFRDC) employees. This only includes employees of the FFRDC, not the administering entity. View Master List of FFRDCs.
