NETL Visitor Access/Information
All visitors, with the exception of those with a standard Department of Energy (DOE) badge, must obtain a visitor badge from NETL Security to access NETL facilities.
In order to receive a visitor badge, you must provide NETL Security with proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a valid photo ID, driver’s license or passport.
Please leave any camera or recording device in your car, as photos and audio recordings are prohibited.
Food Accommodations
$20.00 per person, per day, will be collected as part of the on-line registration process for lunch, beverages, and snacks provided.
It is imperative we have actual numbers for the meal count as the number provided to the caterer is what we are held accountable for. If your attendance plans change, please contact Renee O’Brokta to cancel your registration. We will be able to adjust food quantities to avoid unnecessary charges. The deadline for cancellation is March 28, 2016. Refunds cannot be issued after this date.
